There were a couple of brilliant fielding efforts as well from the Indians in this session. And right now India looks like a hot unit to win this Test. Its now a battle between their batsmen and the South African pace battery all set to be seen on Day two.

It was all Alviro Petersen and Hashim Amla for most part of the day and as they smacked centuries, it seemed that India was in deep trouble. The talk was about SA batting on and on to pile up around 600 and why not as the Indian bowling looked very flat and the chances that were coming their way not taken. But a spell from Ishant to Amla changed things around and the energy rubbed off on the likes of Zaheer and Harbhajan.
